Once you are ready to move back into your home, we can make sure to have it completely prepared for your arrival (water heater turned on, HVAC filters replaced, home cleaned , water main turned on & all faucets , toilets , showers checked for any leaks & we can even stock the refrigerator for your return).

Senior Reminder/Check-In Services

If your loved one is a considerable distance from your home or time is not available , Horizons Plus LLC can provide its Check-In services. Our flexible plan allows for daily or weekly in house safety checks for your loved one just to say hello – or to ensure that there are no problems, issues or perform a work request. . And, if necessary, we will alert the proper authorities or medical personnel should an issue be present. We can contact you via email or phone and provide you a report of your loved one’s home & well being.
