For over 30 years I have been involved in the Building Industry, working in all phases of construction & providing skilled maintenance/repair services to Homeowners , Landlords, Condo Associations, Builders, Real Estate Companies, & Banking / Mortgage Institutions .
My company, Horizons Plus, was in business for many years in South Florida.
Providing construction support service to some of the largest home builders in the nation. Leaders in the industry such as K. Hovnanian Companies , Lenar Homes , US Homes and of course many individual home owners. Horizons Plus provided complete condo and home care services to large real estate management companies such as Epic Realty and Hovnanian’s RentaRama.
Horizons Plus LLC is now focusing on providing – very affordable Skilled Handyman Services for today’s Senior Citizens. Aging in place in one’s own home is clearly more desirable for today’s Senior Citizens & their family members. Just think how much nicer it is to visit your Mom & Dad in the house you grew up in. Keeping Mom & Dad safe at home can provide a sense of independence & security for them & peace of mind for their children.
Seniors who would like to stay in their own home but are at a point in life where they’re ready to let someone else deal with the physical demands of maintaining their home. I understand that many seniors are on a fixed income, and in these harsh economic times money is tight.
